what is str?

The short answer is Short Term Rental. A vacation rental can and is used interchangeably with short-term rental (STR) because they are in fact the same thing, just another way of describing each other. These stays are rented for a short duration of time and are typically a furnished apartment, condo, or house.

Who provides the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Turnover Specialists arrive prepared with our own cleaning supplies and equipment. Please feel free to provide another preferred cleaning product to be used on your surfaces, if you wish.

Do we provide toiletries?

No. Unfortunately, we do not provide toiletries or any other amenities to your guests but we will gladly replenish and stage any snacks and toiletries you wish to provide.

what checkout duties do we ask from your guests?

None. Other than collecting all of their own belongings and locking up all doors and windows we do not ask that guests do anything else. We wouldn’t want to leave your guests with a negative last impression.

Do we offer onsite laundry service?

No, we do not offer onsite laundry. Fortunately, we do offer offsite laundry service. This guarantees a thorough washing on a longer, more sufficient cycle. Additionally, we are able to turn over more STR units each day by eliminating the time it takes linen to completely dry. Yes, this requires hosts to have at least two sets of all linen so that we are able to clean and fully stage your rental property.
